- Kick-off meeting for introductions
- 1-2 full day(s) of on-site survey covering these categories:

- IT problem/resolution processes
- Client feedback
- Preparation of hard copy documentation to include:
- Asset information gathered during assessment
- Client feedback comments/requirements outlined
- IT weaknesses identified during assessment
- Recommended solutions
- Final meeting to discuss findings and present solutions
- Client would keep documentation to be used for future IT decision making
What is required of your organization?
